Prepare for your next job interview by typing paragraphs from real books. Unlike some other sites, you will not be forced to correct your errors or prevented from using the backspace key. There is optional word highlighting to help you keep your place while typing, but it can be turned off if you find it distracting. You will not be alerted of your errors until the time is over, and we do not show a distracting “WPM meter” while you type. Games can be a great way to learn, but this is the place for adults and teens to increase WPM and accuracy online for free.

Test your typing speed (WPM) and accuracy using over 35 paragraphs chosen at random. Choose from 1, 3, or 5 minute timed typing tests. You can use a single space or double spacing after periods. When you are finished, any uncorrected errors will turn red and the correct spelling will be shown next to the error. New: We have recently added a 10 minute test and an untimed typing area where you can practice typing paragraphs without the pressure of having a time limit.
The ‘Ten Key’ data entry tests are for people who need to practice typing on the number pad. These tests measure your speed in KPH (keystrokes per hour), the standard for data entry employment tests.
